Dutch reporting in March 2024 identified roughly 70–80 prominent women, including politicians, presenters, athletes, celebrities and royal family members, as reportedly shown in pornographic deepfake videos made with AI face-swapping. Some videos had over 100,000 views. Several women said they did not know the videos existed and filed or planned police reports.
